The Chloe Randolph organization is proud to announce that 2021 will be our first year participating as a registered non-profit in the 9th annual KY Gives Day!
What is KY Gives Day?
It is a 24-hour online fundraising event bringing charities and Kentuckians together for a powerful day of action. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible all through a single online giving site and in just 24 hours! It is KENTUCKY’S biggest online fundraising of the year for non-profits. It is a way to give back to non-profits in Kentucky that are making a difference.
The event will go live May 1st – May 12.
To donate through their website you may visit kygives.org OR donate with the Chloe Randolph organization. If a donor chooses to donate through our link provided on kygives.org, KY Gives will provide daily and hourly bonuses! All proceeds will go directly to the Chloe Randolph Organization for domestic violence awareness.
Why is KY Gives Day important to us?
We are a newer non-profit and we rely on private donations, fundraisers, and grants to be successful. However, COVID has greatly impacted funding for non-profits in 2020. Most in person fundraisers were canceled due to restrictions, and grants that we normally look forward to were no longer available.
Domestic violence cases were and are on the rise due to restrictions of COVID, and we are trying as hard as ever to make a difference in the lives of those victims.
Thanks to KY Gives Days, we are hoping to raise $2500.00 in order to get back on track. On Tuesday, May 11th, we are doing a LIVE Facebook Event from 5:45 – 7pm called Porch Pickin’ with Maggie Hollis Music to thank everyone for supporting us and Ky Gives Day.
We would like to thank everyone in advance and we hope you choose to join us!
